January 31 Show CANCELLED Due to Illness
Unfortunately, Varg has become quite ill and cannot perform this Saturday.
We regret having to cancel the show but want to make sure Varg is able to
get the rest he needs to start feeling better. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause. We plan to reschedule the gig for 28 of february
so stay tuned for more info.

Well, we don't really know what to say after yesterdays national finals.
We came in fourth place, that's right - dead last and we don't really know
why. After hearing jury comments such as "You have the best live show
here," "That was the best headbanging we've seen all night," "You're
energy is incredible," "You have the best image of all the bands here,"
and "You guys are better than In Flames," we were a little confused to
hear that we were apparently the worst act of the evening. If we were bad,
they should have told us. To make matters worse, none of the judging criteria or
official voting results were released. We were just told who ended up
where in the rankings with no motivation for the decision.
Anyway, congratulations to our friends in The Weakening who took second place. We hoped that, if we didn't win, they would and it was close but unfortunately, it didn't work out for either of us. I guess neither Blind nor The Weakening wore enough make-up to win this competition.
A HUGE thanks goes out to everyone who has helped us along the way - everyone who voted online, everyone who has helped spread the word about Blind, and everyone who came to show his/her support on Saturday. We hope that you had a great evening and that you enjoyed the show. To everyone who was yelling "We want Blind!" when the winner was announced, we heard you and it means the world to us! Thank you so much for that! Keep in touch and we'll see you all again soon!
P.S. An enormous FUCK YOU! to whoever went through our stuff in the dressing room and stole our memory card. We hope you grow a pair of balls and send it back to us because it's of no use to you. An even bigger FUCK YOU! to whoever broke into our tour van. You are worthless pieces of shit.

After a much too long hiatus, Blind is back and ready to go! The new members have truly found their places in the band and everyone is looking forward to exciting things. The first concert with the new line-up is currently being arranged and is planned for late October/early November. The photo gallery is also currently under construction and should be finished soon. Expect new promo shots and live shots in the near future!
Blind is happy to welcome its new bassist, Fredrik Rosdahl.
Fredrik lives in a village known as Södra Sandby, which is located on the outskirts of Lund.
He played piano for a few years when he was young and has played bass now for over five years.
He is now a full-fledged metalhead who loves to perform and is ready to give 110% both on and off stage with Blind!
Blind is happy to welcome its new guitarist, Nathan Jones. He is
originally from Arizona and has been playing music almost his whole life.
He currently lives in Växjö and works as a translator. Nathan is ready to
give 110% both on and off stage and is looking forward to an exciting
future with Blind!

The new promo shots are finally done! It took a while, but it was worth
the wait as they turned out better than we could have hoped. They'll be up

Southern Region Winner in Bandit Unsigned!
Blind is the winner of the southern region in Bandit Unsigned! We had a
great show in Malmö and couldn't be happier with how things went. A HUGE
thanks to everyone who came to show support and to everyone who voted
online! We couldn't have done it without you! The national finals will be
held at Nalen in Stockholm on December 6 so get ready for another great

BATTLE OF THE BANDS!
Blind needs your support! Blind will be performing as a contestant in
Battle of the Bands at Balders Hage November 8, 2008. The crowd will be
